The facility is clean, secure, and climate-controlled. The staff Everett is always friendly and helpful. As someone who's frequently out of town, I'm eagerly waiting for their large unit for car & truck storage to be finished so I can store my vehicle there.

The best self-storage experience I've ever had. Stored some very heavy office facilities there. Thankfully all of their units are located on ground floor, and I can drive directly to my storage unit. The manager Everett is a very nice guy. There is a U-Haul office in the same plaza which is very convenient.

It's easy in-and-outis perfect Location it's not hard to get to Deidra the manager was fantastic lady the place's well lit it's big it's Yes you can get turned around in it you don't have to worry about trying to keep everything tight and close to car wise and it's just a damn good area damn good place good business

Great customer service. Reasonable pricing for storage. No promos or misguiding fees as with other facilities. Plaza Vegas quotes a fee & that's that. No increases each month after promo price is over. Bills need to stay the same each month as with Plaza. Love Plaza Vegas staff & my units.

They try to keep your deposit.......Unacceptable! I just emailed again today,for the 2nd or 3rd time...They dont just hand it to you at a clean move out..You have to jump through hoops....Screw that! SEND ME MY MONEY Joe!
